Cara mengatur Yahoo! Mail untuk mengirim dan menerima email dari dalam Microsoft Outlook 2002 ( XP ) dan 2003 .

Untuk membaca Yahoo! Mail Anda menggunakan Microsoft Outlook 2002 atau 2003:

• Klik Tools | Accounts E -mail .
• Pilih Tambah account e -mail baru dan klik Next .
• Pilih POP3, kemudian klik Next.
• Masukkan informasi berikut :
• Informasi Pengguna : 
• Nama Anda: Ketik nama Anda seperti yang Anda inginkan untuk muncul saat Anda mengirim pesan email .
• Alamat E - mail: Ketik alamat email Yahoo! Mail Anda ( misalnya , jo.bloggs @ yahoo.com ) .
• Information Server
• Server surat masuk ( POP3 ) : Ketik pop.mail.yahoo.com
• Server surat keluar ( SMTP ) : Ketik smtp.mail.yahoo.com
• Informasi Login
• User Name : Ketik ID Yahoo! Anda ( alamat email Anda tanpa " @ yahoo.com " ) 
• Sandi : Ketik password Yahoo! Anda .
• Periksa Ingat sandi kotak centang jika Anda tidak ingin Outlook meminta password Anda setiap kali Anda memeriksa surat Anda .
• Jangan memeriksa Log on using Secure Password Authentication ( SPA ) kotak centang .

• Klik tombol More Settings . Kotak dialog Internet Settings E -mail muncul
• Pilih tab Outgoing Server :
• Periksa Server saya keluar ( SMTP ) memerlukan otentikasi kotak centang .
• Pastikan Gunakan pengaturan yang sama sebagai server surat masuk saya dipilih .
• Pilih tab Advanced :
• Di bawah " Server masuk ( POP3 ) , " periksa Server ini memerlukan sambungan terenkripsi ( SSL ) kotak centang . Jumlah di " Server masuk ( POP3 ) " lapangan biasanya berubah secara otomatis dari 110 menjadi 995 . Jika tidak , ketik 995 .
• Pada Outgoing Server ( SMTP ) , ketik 465 . Di bawah itu , periksa Server ini memerlukan sambungan terenkripsi ( SSL ) kotak centang .
• Jika Anda ingin menyimpan pesan Yahoo! Mail Anda pada server Yahoo! Mail dan di komputer Anda , periksa Tinggalkan salinan pesan di kotak centang Server . Jika Anda ingin pesan Anda dihapus dari server Yahoo! setelah Outlook telah di-download ke komputer Anda , biarkan kotak kosong .
• Catatan : Setelah pesan Anda dihapus dari server , kita tidak bisa mengambil mereka .
• Klik OK untuk menutup kotak dialog Internet E-mail Settings .
• Klik Next dan kemudian Finish .
• Tutup dan restart Anda Microsoft Outlook .
• Klik Send / Receive .

Troubleshooting tip :

Jika Anda masih tidak dapat mengirim Yahoo! Mail dari Outlook, Anda mungkin akan mengakses internet melalui ISP yang memblokir port SMTP. Jika hal ini terjadi, coba gunakan port 587 saat mengirim email melalui server SMTP Yahoo! ' s .
Untuk membuat perubahan ini :

How to set up Yahoo! Mail to send and receive email from within Microsoft Outlook 2002 (XP) and 2003.

Resolution

To read your Yahoo! Mail using Microsoft Outlook 2002 or 2003:

1. Click Tools | E-mail Accounts.
2. Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
3. Select POP3, then click Next.
4. Enter the following information:
   • User Information
     • Your Name: Type your name as you’d like it to appear when you send an email message.
     • E-mail Address: Type your Yahoo! Mail Plus email address (for example, jo.bloggs@yahoo.com).
   • Server Information
     • Incoming mail server (POP3): Type pop.mail.yahoo.com
     • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Type smtp.mail.yahoo.com
   • Login Information
     • User Name: Type your Yahoo! ID (your email address without the "@yahoo.com").
     • Password: Type your Yahoo! password.
   • Check the Remember password checkbox if you don't want Outlook to prompt you for your password each time you check your mail.
   • Do not check the Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) checkbox.
5. Click the More Settings button. The Internet E-mail Settings dialog box appears.
6. Select the Outgoing Server tab:
   • Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.
   • Make sure that Use same settings as my incoming mail server is selected.
7. Select the Advanced tab:
   • Under "Incoming server (POP3)," check the This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) checkbox. The number in the "Incoming server (POP3)" field usually changes automatically from 110 to 995. If it doesn’t, type 995.
   • In the Outgoing server (SMTP) field, type 465. Under it, check the This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) checkbox.
   • If you want to save your Yahoo! Mail messages on both the Yahoo! Mail server and on your computer, check the Leave a copy of messages on the server checkbox. If you want your messages to be deleted from the Yahoo! server once Outlook has downloaded them onto your computer, leave the box unchecked.
   Note: After your messages are deleted from the server, we cannot retrieve them.
   
8. Click OK to close the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box.
9. Click Next and then Finish.
10. Close and restart your Microsoft Outlook.
11. Click Send/Receive.

Troubleshooting tip:

If you still can’t send Yahoo! Mail from Outlook, you might be accessing the Internet through an ISP that is blocking the SMTP port. If this is the case, try using port 587 when sending email via Yahoo!'s SMTP server. To make this change:

1. Click Tools | E-mail Accounts. The E-mail Accounts dialog box appears.
2. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and then click Next.
3. Select your Yahoo! Mail account and click Change.
4. Click the More Settings button.
5. Select the Advanced tab.
6. In the Outgoing server (SMTP) field, type 587.
7. Click OK to close the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box.
8. Click Next and then Finish.
9. Close and restart your Microsoft Outlook.
10. Click Send/Receive.
